Early morning, we will visit Pashupatinath Temple, located in banks of Bagamati river. Pashupatinath temple is listed in World Heritage Sites in 1979 and also one of the most religious palces for Hindus. It will take us about 2 hours to visit the Pashupatinath Temple. Back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast we further go to visit Swambhunath, Jal Narayan. In the evening there will be tour briefing about the Kailash Yatra.

After breakfast, we drive onwards from Kathmandu. Though its only 165 kilometers, it will take around 7 hours because of the current road condition. The roads are being upgraded and once upgraded it will take considerably shorter period of time. It is however full of very beautiful mountains and rivers. Overnight at Timure.

After breakfast we drive onwards to the Nepal-Tibet border. We pass through the immigration procedure and drive to Kerung/Kyirong. As it is 2900 metres from sea level, we take the rest of the day to acclimatize. It is very important to get used to the higher altitude before moving further up. Overnight in Kerung.

After breakfast, we drive onwards to Saga. It is 350 kilometers from Kerung. The road is nice and smooth. Saga lies at an altitude of 4450 meters. It is a nice little distinctive Tibetan town to go around.

After breakfast, we drive onwards to Lake Mansarovar. The scenery on the way are out of this world. It is 280 kilometers from Saga and takes around 5 hours. Lake Mansarovar lies at an altitude of 4500 meters.

After doing pooja, Havana at Lake Mansarovar. We drive onwards to Darchen which is 46 kilometers from the lake. It is around 4600 metres from sea level .

It is only 8 kilometers from Darchen to Yamadwar. Yamadwar is also called Tarboche. From Tarboche we trek to Deraphuk which is approximately 12 kilometres. Deraphuk lies at an altitude of 4890 metres. Overnight at guest house.

We now trek onwards to Gaurikunda and from there to Zuthulphuk. It is 22 kilometers of trekking, so it takes around 10 hours of trek to reach Zuthulphuk on this day.

We then move onwards from Zuthulphuk to Saga. We first trek for 2 hours and then drive for 6 hours.

We then drive onwards towards Kerung after breakfast.

We then drive back to kathmandu.

Last day of your trip. You can move around Kathmandu for shopping based on your flight schedule. And then depart home with sweet memories.
